At emula.store we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your digital product, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

•      The request must be made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

•      You must provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

•      Refunds are issued only for the product price (any PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable, if applicable).

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please send us an email at emuappofficial@gmail.com including:

•      Your full name

•      Your order number

•      The reason for your refund request

3. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will lose access to the download link once the refund has been processed.

4. Exceptions

We may refuse a refund request if:

•      It is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.

•      There is evidence of product misuse, redistribution, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
